Founding AI Engineering Team (2 Builders)

EdetCorp is building a platform that replaces multiple SMB tools with one system, helping small businesses run core operations with less complexity and less manual work.

This is an early-stage, 0→1 build focused on creating a real, usable product quickly.

We are looking for two engineers who can work closely together and move fast to deliver a working system within the next 3–6 weeks. You may have worked together before or simply have strong chemistry and trust as friends or collaborators. What matters is speed, communication, and the ability to build as a unit. This is a hands-on build sprint, not a traditional corporate role.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for building the initial version of the product from the ground up. This includes developing the core AI backend, implementing a lightweight knowledge and memory system, and creating a simple interface where users can run real workflows. The goal is to produce a working product that demonstrates clear value, not a prototype.

What You’ll Do

Build a core AI backend using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs

Set up a knowledge and memory layer (RAG or similar approach)

Develop 1–2 working assistants (e.g. HR, operations)

Create a simple dashboard with login and workflow execution

Connect workflows across tasks to enable basic automation

What We’re Looking For

Two engineers who can operate with speed and clarity and function as a tight unit. You should be comfortable working across backend and frontend, communicating daily, and solving problems without heavy direction.

Experience with AI APIs, retrieval systems, and full-stack development is important. Familiarity with tools like React, Next.js, and modern backend frameworks is expected.

Startup or 0→1 experience and strong product instincts are a plus.
