The role

Founding-engineer-level equity at well-funded London AI startups. Up to £160k base. Real partnership with founders, foundational technical decisions, and the kind of career compounding that only comes with being early at a company that works.

We work with multiple seed and pre-Series A AI startups across software engineering agents, sales, recruitment, customer service, healthcare, and financial operating systems. Strong founders, real funding, clear theses.

The work

• Build the first version of the product alongside the founders

• Make foundational decisions on stack, architecture, infrastructure

• Ship daily, talk to users weekly, iterate constantly

• Hire and shape the engineering team as the company scales

What you bring

• Strong full-stack background, typically TypeScript, Python, or Rust

• Track record at early-stage startups or as a strong senior IC at a scale-up

• Genuine bias to shipping over deliberation

• Real interest in a specific AI vertical, not just the AI label
