Tech
What we’re looking for
- Strong backend or full-stack engineer
- Experience building real systems in production
- Clear, structured thinker who can explain what they’ve built
- Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Ideal background
- Startup experience or strong product ownership
- Exposure to AI systems (LLMs, agents, or similar) is a plus
- Typically early to mid-career engineers who want to move faster and own more
