Juryo is the next-generation AI operating system built specifically for high-volume, B2C law firms. We are tackling one of the toughest challenges in the legal industry: replacing scattered tools, manual bottlenecks, and overloaded staff with a seamless, intelligent platform.

We provide law firms with an autonomous workforce and the software in which it runs. Juryo deploys a specialized team of AI agents to run the firm's core operations 24/7. Our intelligent agents seamlessly handle the entire client lifecycle across multiple channels

We are a fast-growing startup making waves in the industry. In just our first few months, we are already working with the biggest law firms in Spain, have raised money from tier-1 VCs and angels and validated our vision in one of the most demanding professional markets. We are now building the talented team that will scale Juryo into a global platform.

💼 ABOUT THE ROLE

You are a builder at heart. This is not a typical sales role where you inherit a predictable pipeline and a rigid script. You want to create the commercial engine from the ground up, operating with high agency and total ownership.

As our Founding Head of GTM, you are the first commercial hire on the ground. You will partner with the founder to transition from "founder-led sales" to a scalable revenue machine, averaging +1k/month deals.

You know how to build an AI-native sales pipeline, automating the grunt work of prospecting and enrichment so you can focus 100% on building relationships and closing deals. You are writing the playbook.

You aren't starting from scratch. We have already built a six-figures ARR active pipeline through founder-led sales. Now, we need a true sales leader to take the wheel, close it, and build the machine that multiplies it by 100s.

📝 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hunt & Close: You are hands-on. You will manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and discovery to demo and closing with top-tier law firms.
  • Systematize Success: You will turn "wins" into a repeatable process. You’ll build the CRM architecture (HubSpot), set up outbound sequences, and create the sales assets (decks, one-pagers) for the future team.
  • Feedback Loop: You are the bridge between the market and the product. You will translate client objections and needs into actionable insights for the Engineering team.
  • Strategic Positioning: You will refine our value proposition. You’ll figure out exactly what resonates with Managing Partners and how to navigate complex decision-making units in the enterprise legal sector.
  • Expansion: Here is the bottom line: we are growing fast. We want you to take the wheel, build your department from the ground up, and take us to the next level

📚 REQUIREMENTS

  • Hard worker: Does 9-9-6 excites or scares you? If it scares you, you’re not the right fit. If not, you’ll fit right in. We are a bunch of hard-charging people that want to make a dent in the world and will spare no energy to do so
  • Zero-to-One Experience: You have thrived in an early-stage environment (Seed/Series A) or have been a top performer in a fast-paced SaaS scale-up. You know how to sell a product that is constantly evolving.
  • Full Cycle DNA: You are comfortable prospecting. You don't wait for marketing leads; you go out and create opportunities.
  • Strategic Hustle: You can zoom out to plan a quarterly strategy, then zoom in to make 50 cold calls.
  • Language Mastery: Native Spanish is non-negotiable (you are selling to local law firms). Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Bonus: Experience selling to Professional Services (Law, Consulting, Finance)
