About You:

You are a motivated AI builder with a passion for pushing boundaries. You leverage AI agents in your daily work and are driven to develop agentic systems that provide real commercial value. You are proactive, regularly testing new research and open-source initiatives as they emerge. Your ability to navigate both technical deep dives and client conversations makes you a versatile asset.

Your background may include software engineering, consulting, product management, or pre-sales, but your key strength lies in your ability to create functional solutions and articulate their significance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Enhance the Knowledge Repository—a multi-tenant enterprise knowledge platform using Oracle 23ai for intelligent, large-scale search and document retrieval.
• Develop and optimize the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server infrastructure to support our federated network across Oracle product lines.
• Support AI-assisted sales strategies by equipping sales teams with AI-generated content, live demo agents, and dynamic presentation tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Anthropic/AI coding agents, engaging with internal teams and clients alike.
• Collaborate with solution architects, sales, and delivery teams to seamlessly integrate AI innovations within the Accenture-Oracle framework.

Note: Frequent travel may be necessary, and the extent will depend on business needs and client requirements.

What You Need:

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related enterprise technology.
• A minimum of 1 year of knowledge in hybrid retrieval systems—vector search, knowledge graphs, or structured search pipelines—and an understanding of context engineering.
• Hands-on experience (at least 1 year) in developing and deploying agentic AI systems—ideally with Claude/Anthropic or similar technology.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, agentic harness frameworks, or tool orchestration.
• Experience in designing evaluation frameworks or quality metrics for AI outputs.
• Ability to convey complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (12 years). For those with an Associate's degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Oracle functionalities—EPM, ERP, or OCI.
• Experience with agentic harness frameworks.
• Background in pre-sales, sales solutioning, or client-facing delivery roles.
• Experience in startup or design-focused environments.
• Consulting or professional services experience in digital transformation initiatives.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on multiple factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level. As mandated by local regulations, we provide a competitive salary range for this position:

California: $73,800 to $218,800

Cleveland: $68,300 to $175,000

Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000

District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300

Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000

Maryland: $73,800 to $189,000

Massachusetts: $73,800 to $201,300

Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000

New York: $68,300 to $218,800

New Jersey: $78,500 to $218,800

Washington: $80,200 to $201,300
