Step into a high-impact FP&A role supporting a rapidly expanding North American business. This position partners directly with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, strengthen financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making at the executive level.

LOCATION & STRUCTURE
- 920 Memorial City Way, Houston, TX
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Full-time (W2)
- Reports to: FP&A Manager, North America
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units
- Deliver executive-level reporting and translate data into actionable insights
- Support month-end close and consolidation activities
- Improve data accuracy and consistency across ERP, BI, and reporting systems
- Build, track, and analyze KPIs to drive performance and accountability
- Bridge data across multiple systems (ERP, consolidation, reporting tools)
- Partner with Finance and operational teams on strategic and ad hoc analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5–7 years of FP&A or related experience in a complex, multi-entity environment
- Big 4 (Audit or Advisory) experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel (financial modeling, data analysis)
- Experience with OneStream or similar consolidation/reporting tools
- Power BI or comparable data visualization tools
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into insights
