OVERVIEW

Step into a high-impact FP&A role supporting a rapidly expanding North American business. This position partners directly with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, strengthen financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making at the executive level.

You won’t just report numbers—you’ll influence them.

LOCATION & STRUCTURE

  • 920 Memorial City Way, Houston, TX
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
  • Full-time (W2)
  • Reports to: FP&A Manager, North America

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and translate data into actionable insights
  • Support month-end close and consolidation activities
  • Improve data accuracy and consistency across ERP, BI, and reporting systems
  • Build, track, and analyze KPIs to drive performance and accountability
  • Bridge data across multiple systems (ERP, consolidation, reporting tools)
  • Partner with Finance and operational teams on strategic and ad hoc analysis
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5–7 years of FP&A or related experience in a complex, multi-entity environment
  • Big 4 (Audit or Advisory) experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel (financial modeling, data analysis)
  • Experience with OneStream or similar consolidation/reporting tools
  • Power BI or comparable data visualization tools
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into insights
