ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring an FP&A Manager to help build and scale how Pivotal understands, plans, and operates the business.
This role sits at the center of finance, operations, and strategy, combining traditional FP&A ownership with exposure to executive decision-making and long-term planning. You’ll own core forecasting processes, partner closely with cross-functional leaders, and help translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight.
This is not a pure reporting role. You will actively shape how the business runs; developing models, refining planning processes, and influencing decisions that impact growth, efficiency, and capital allocation.
