Fractional Operations and Analytics Manager

Part-Time Operations & Analytics Associate (Remote – LATAM, ~10 hrs/week)

We’re looking to hire for one of our ecommerce + manufacturing businesses looking for a sharp, reliable operator to take reporting, analysis, and recurring operational work off the CEO's plate.

This is a high-autonomy role for someone who can work with messy data, think critically, and own outputs end-to-end.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain Google Sheets reports (sales, inventory, costs)
• Analyze data and explain what’s happening (not just pull numbers)
• Run recurring workflows (reporting, data updates, invoice checks)
• Identify issues and suggest improvements

You’re a good fit if you

• Are strong in Google Sheets (required)
• Communicate clearly in written English
• Take ownership and follow through
• Are comfortable figuring things out without perfect instructions

Details

• ~10 hours/week
• Fully remote (LATAM preferred)
• No QuickBooks access (you’ll work in external systems + spreadsheets)
