Job Description

SunSoft Online has an active opportunity for a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES). This is a primarily remote, long-term 2-year contract role.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop reports using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel
• Create Journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email/SMS
• Extract, clean, transform and validate data
• Write queries using SQL, MS Access and DB2
• Build RPA BOTs using UI Path
• Develop ad-hoc and standard reports for technical and non-technical audiences
• Write SSIS packages and coordinate production implementation

Requirements

Required Skills:

• SQL experience
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• BI tools — Tableau, Power BI, Excel
• Strong communication skills

Preferred:

• UI Path / RPA experience
• DB2 experience
