Job Description: Fresher Mechanical Engineer
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The candidate will support engineering, maintenance, production, and technical operations by assisting in planning, inspection, documentation, and coordination of mechanical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day mechanical engineering tasks and site activities
- Support senior engineers in maintenance, installation, and inspection work
- Prepare basic technical reports, documents, and records
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical problems
- Help in supervising technicians and workers when required
- Ensure work is carried out according to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution of tasks
- Support project execution, testing, and commissioning activities
- Maintain proper documentation of tools, equipment, and maintenance records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and engineering documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Positive attitude and quick learning ability
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD or other technical software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Good Communication
