Own front-end web development projects from scoping through implementation and optimization, working closely with Marketing, Design, Content and Engineering teams

Craft code that meets internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment

Lead front-end architecture decisions, maintaining component libraries, performance optimization strategies, and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)

Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining brand consistency and design fidelity

Collaborate with the Web Platforms team on CMS integration (Contentful), ensuring seamless content management experiences for Marketing teams

Implement responsive designs that work flawlessly across devices and browsers, with a mobile-first approach

Work with Marketing teams to implement tracking and analytics code, ensuring proper measurement of user behavior and conversion metrics

Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers on front-end best practices and emerging web technologies

Partner with Product and Strategy teams to scope major initiatives, define technical requirements, and deliver business outcomes

Identify and implement improvements to the front-end codebase, including performance optimizations, accessibility enhancements, workflow efficiencies and developer experience improvements

Stay current with web technologies, frameworks, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our marketing websites

We’re excited about you because you possess…

3-6 years of professional front-end web development experience, ideally supporting marketing or growth teams

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with expertise in React/NextJS (Vue.js or Angular also considered)

Experience with TypeScript and modern CSS methodologies (CSS-in-JS, CSS Modules, Tailwind, or similar)

Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and experience building inclusive web experiences

Experience with modern deployment and hosting platforms (Vercel strongly preferred) and web applications.

Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful strongly preferred) and component-driven content architecture, with Storybook for component development

Familiarity with modern development workflows: Git, CI/CD pipelines (Buildkite experience a plus), build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turborepo), and package managers

Track record managing technical debt strategically and leading system modernization efforts

Experience with lead gen form architecture, including validation, routing, API integrations, and bot prevention
