Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and personable Front Office Medical Receptionist to join our team in Round Rock, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key part in ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to patient-centered service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect patient information
  • Assist with the completion and organization of patient forms and documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient records and sensitive information
  • Support physicians, nurses, and other staff with administrative tasks
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Address patient questions or escalate needs to the appropriate staff member

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred
