You will join as a founding engineer to dismantle the £190B Testing, Inspection, and Certification industry. By replacing manual workflows with AI-native agentic systems, you will build the technology that ensures global product safety. This role offers extreme ownership, direct mentorship from Palantir veterans, and the chance to ship code with immediate real-world impact.

What You Will Do

• Build and ship high-velocity code across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, and sophisticated AI-agent infrastructure.

• Architect systems that capture complex "tribal knowledge" from auditors into self-improving, autonomous agentic frameworks.

• Work hands-on with design partners to translate deep industry friction into production-ready software solutions.

The ideal candidate

• Exceptional technical talent with 0-3 years of experience and a strong computer science foundation from a top university or equivalent.

• An AI-native programmer who uses LLM tools like Claude Code or Cursor as a genuine force multiplier for output.

• A language-agnostic, first-principles thinker with a portfolio of high-quality personal projects, GitHub contributions, or hackathon wins.
