Full Stack Software Engineer - High Growth Start Up / AI Tools

We are partnered with a fast-growing construction technology company building mission-critical software for commercial contractors. The team is hiring Fullstack Software Engineers to accelerate the development of new modules that support technicians in the field.

This is a permanent position based in Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities for this Fullstack Software Engineer position:

• Work within high-impact squads to accelerate development across core product areas.
• Design and build new modules from the ground up, such as field technician time-tracking and inventory management.
• Develop features for purchasing and project workflows tailored to subcontractors.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to solve complex technical challenges across the platform.
• Move quickly to prototype, iterate, and ship features that directly impact field operations.

Key requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer within a high-growth startup.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Proven track record of building major features or products from scratch.
