A leading real estate asset manager is looking to add a Fund Management Analyst / Senior Analyst in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Fund Analytics
- Deliver accurate and timely financial forecasts and performance analytics for Regional assets.
- Support annual budgeting, reforecasting, and independent valuations of portfolio assets.
Investment & Acquisition Support
- Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies, and due diligence for new investments in the region.
- Assist in preparing investment approval papers and internal presentations.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, industrial market conditions, and transaction data.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and capital-related projects.
Investor & Stakeholder Reporting
- Prepare investor reports, board materials, and ESG-related disclosures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field;
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, fund management, portfolio management, investment analysis, or real estate private equity.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong’s real estate market and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
