Furniture Product Analyst

We are seeking a mid-level, technically strong candidate with knowledge of furniture, manufacturing, sourcing, and product analysis. The role involves collecting and analyzing product data, identifying gaps and opportunities, and preparing structured reports for management.

An engineering or industrial design background is preferred to support technical evaluation of products, materials, and construction methods.

The candidate should be willing to travel frequently across Asia, including key sourcing and manufacturing locations, for factory visits, product research, and market study.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze furniture products, including specifications, pricing, materials, construction, and quality.

• Track and review product listings, pricing, trends, and market opportunities.

• Study catalogs and new market items.

• Identify product gaps, improvement opportunities, and market trends.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and pre-fair reports with observations and recommendations.

• Suggest product improvements, new ideas, and cost/design optimizations.

• Travel regularly for factory visits, sourcing research, fairs, and supplier meetings.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in furniture, manufacturing, sourcing, or product analysis

• Background in industrial design, product design, or engineering preferred

• Strong understanding of furniture construction, materials, and production processes

• Strong analytical, observation, and reporting skills

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools

• Design/CAD/sketching capability is required

• Willingness to travel frequently across Asia

• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
