About

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of AI/ML expertise, solution architecture, and business acumen to help organizations leverage LLMs (Large Language Models), copilots, and advanced AI frameworks for real-world applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and design scalable architectures for GenAI solutions (chatbots, copilots, knowledge assistants, automation workflows).
• Select appropriate AI models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Hugging Face, etc.) based on business use cases.
• Integrate GenAI with enterprise data platforms (Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse, etc.) and applications (CRM, ERP, custom apps).

Solution Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of GenAI-powered applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, compliance, and security.
• Drive prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs.
• Develop reusable frameworks, APIs, and reference architectures for GenAI adoption.

Governance & Compliance

• Define AI governance, responsible AI, and model risk management frameworks.
• Ensure solutions align with data privacy, ethical AI, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering and data science teams.
• Stay updated with the latest GenAI research, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation.
• Evaluate vendor offerings and develop proof of concepts (PoCs) for new AI capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Technical Expertise
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, Transformers, and GenAI frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, RAG pipelines).
• Experience with cloud platforms

Azure AI Services.

• Hands‑on with Python, PyTorch, Tensor Flow and deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps).
• Expertise in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma

DB, FAISS) for semantic search.

• Strong understanding of data engineering and integration with enterprise ecosystems.
• Strong grounding in microservices, APIs, security, and performance optimization

• Experience in solutioning for copilots, chatbots, document intelligence, and automation

• Professional Experience
• 10+ years in solution architecture, with 3+ years in AI/ML and at least 1–2 years in Generative AI.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI projects in enterprise environments

• Soft Skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage CxO stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical capabilities.
• Leadership in driving cross‑functional teams.
