Location: Phoenix, AZ- Onsite

Experience Required - 10+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

GenAI projects with custom RAG,

Copilot Studio

Python

Power Automate

eCP

Product Management, AI Models, LLM’s

Roles & Responsibilities

Must have 3-5 years of strong Experience on building GenAI projects using custom RAG

Must have hands on experience with Copilot Studio

Must have hands on experience with Python, Power Automate and eCP

AI Savvy with strong analytical skills

Capable of independently delivering work items and leading discussions with Tech Leads, Architects, and Implementation Partners

Prefer experience with CI/CD tools and code management processes

Roles & Responsibilities

Must have hands-on experience for the required skill set mentioned above.

Possess leadership ability to lead the deliverables independently without hand holding or assigning the work.

Proactive in proposing design, new ideas and solutions.

Work closely with client to understand the scope and liaise between Tech and product teams.

Capable of independently delivering work items and leading data discussions with Tech Leads, Architects, and Implementation Partners
