Senior Gen AI Engineer Role Highlights:
- Develop and implement Gen AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as OpenAI API, Langchain, and Haystack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-based chatbots with existing systems and platforms.
- Analyze chatbot performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Gen AI solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and deploy AI-based chatbots using Azure Cloud.
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices for efficient chatbot development, deployment, and management.
- Work closely with Cloud and Digital teams to ensure seamless chatbot integration and user adoption.
What We're Looking For:
- A Master's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years focused on developing and deploying NLP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Vector DB & Graph DB (AI Search, Neo4j) and their use in semantic search.
- Must know AI/ML concepts and have hands-on experience with Langchain, LangGraph, and Haystack.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience in designing and implementing pipelines using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience working with the Azure ecosystem to deploy AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems.
- Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex language understanding and Generative AI projects.
