About the Role
We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced generative models that power creative, conversational, and intelligent applications. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, deep learning, and applied artificial intelligence—building systems capable of understanding and generating high-quality text, images, code, or other modalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, prototype, and productionize generative AI models (e.g., transformer-based LLMs, diffusion models, VAEs, GANs).
- Design and fine-tune models for domain-specific tasks such as text generation, image synthesis, or multimodal reasoning.
- Develop scalable training and inference pipelines using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Integrate AI models into products and platforms with robust APIs and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate across disciplines—data science, design, and product—to align models with business and user needs.
- Evaluate model performance using quantitative metrics and qualitative human feedback.
- Stay current with state-of-the-art research and propose novel architectures or techniques for improvement.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Hands-on experience training and fine-tuning large models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, LLaMA).
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Understanding of data preprocessing, tokenization, model evaluation, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
Preferred:
- Experience with distributed training, quantization, or accelerated inference.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade AI systems.
