Key Responsibilities
Define and lead HR's global risk and compliance strategy aligned with enterprise governance frameworks
Provide enterprise-level oversight of HR's global risk, compliance, and policy posture
Design and enforce governance standards and control frameworks for effective risk mitigation and regulatory adherence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
12 or more years of experience preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
No certification, license, or registration required for the job
