Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training)

As a GRC Analyst, you'll work on high-quality datasets and evaluation frameworks that teach AI how to reason about security policies, compliance programs, and risk management the way a seasoned practitioner would.
This is a unique opportunity to directly shape how frontier AI understands and handles the compliance and risk scenarios that real organizations face every day.
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
- Classify and evaluate real-world compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit‑style documentation
- Generate and validate training and evaluation data used to improve AI reasoning in the GRC domain
- Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI systems learn from expert‑level judgment
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
- Familiar with one or more security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar)
- Comfortable reading, interpreting, and evaluating policy and audit documentation
- Detail‑oriented with strong written reasoning and analytical skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently and asynchronously
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk
- Familiarity with GRC platforms or tools
