This internship provides a unique opportunity for recent graduates or current master's/Ph.D. students in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field to apply their academic knowledge to real-world business challenges. You will work closely with experienced data scientists and engineers, contributing to projects that involve data analysis, model development, machine learning implementation, and data visualization. Internship Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large, complex datasets from various sources. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and prediction. Implement data mining techniques to uncover hidden insights and actionable intelligence. Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support the development and deployment of data-driven solutions and analytical tools. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful results. Write efficient and well-documented code in programming languages such as Python or R. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Contribute to the documentation of data processes, models, and methodologies. Assist in A/B testing and experimental design for product features and strategies.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Strong foundation in statistical analysis, probability, and machine learning algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) or R. Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and working with relational databases. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Prior internship or project experience in data science is highly desirable. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
