Responsibilities: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets from various sources. Develop and implement machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering tasks. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Visualize data and model results to effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with senior data scientists and engineers on ongoing projects. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of robust data pipelines. Research and evaluate new data science techniques and tools. Assist in the interpretation of model performance and provide insights for model improvement. Document methodologies, code, and results thoroughly. Present project progress and findings to the team and management. Contribute to a culture of learning and innovation within the data science team. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow/PyTorch). Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to challenges.
