Graduate Engineer (Civil / Mechanical)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams in planning, coordination, and execution of construction works
• Assist in site supervision and monitoring of project progress
• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
• Review technical drawings and ensure works are carried out according to specifications
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site
• Support problem-solving and troubleshooting of site issues

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
