Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated
entry-level Process Engineer
to support manufacturing and process optimization in a regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and maintain product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, monitoring, and optimization of manufacturing processes (e.g., batch, continuous, fermentation, purification)
Support
process validation activities
(IQ/OQ/PQ)
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory requirements from agencies like U.S. Food and Drug Administration
Analyze process data and identify trends using statistical tools
Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements
Prepare and maintain documentation such as SOPs, batch records, and validation reports
Participate in
technology transfer
and scale-up activities
Collaborate with QA/QC, production, and R&D teams
Support deviation investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of
Knowledge of:
Familiarity with process equipment (reactors, fermenters, filtration systems)
Basic data analysis (Excel, Minitab preferred)
