Job Description

• Act as a senior finance business partner to Project Directors, GMs and regional leaders across Singapore, Southeast Asia and the Middle East

• Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and management reporting with strong focus on project margins, cost-to-complete and cash flow

• Provide commercial input into bids, project pricing, investment decisions and regional growth initiatives

• Strengthen financial discipline across EPC projects, including revenue recognition, WIP, variations, claims and working capital

• Drive finance improvement initiatives to simplify processes, reduce manual work and enhance reporting, consolidation and planning capabilities

• Own Group financial governance, controls and consolidation aligned to shareholder and institutional expectations, with operational execution handled by the team

• Support treasury, cash flow planning, banking facilities and financial risk management activities

• Manage, coach and develop a team of 4-5 finance staff, building capability beyond transactional accounting

• Act as the primary liaison with auditors, tax advisors, banks and other external stakeholders The Successful Applicant

• Degree-qualified in Accountancy or Finance; CPA/CA qualified with at least 15+years of progressive finance leadership experience

• Background in EPC, project-based, engineering, construction or infrastructure environments strongly preferred

• Strong combination of financial control, FP&A and business partnering experience

• Exposure to multi-entity, multi-region operations

• Comfortable operating in a privately owned, performance-driven environment

• Able to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels What's on Offer
