ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re launching a new wealth product designed to make gold investing simple, liquid, and accessible for a deeply underserved audience.

We’re looking for a sharp, AI-native generalist to work closely with the product and growth teams during the product’s early launch phase. This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and moving quickly in an early-stage environment.

This is not a passive internship. You’ll be trusted with real workstreams from day one, supporting product launches, helping drive growth initiatives, and ensuring the product operates smoothly as we bring it to market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create user-facing content that explains a complex financial product in a clear and engaging way.

• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure deliverables are tracked and timelines are met.

• Support the product team with research, product specifications, QA testing, and competitive analysis.

• Assist with day-to-day operational workflows including campaign support, reporting, and issue tracking.

• Contribute across product, growth, and operations as needed during the launch phase.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• AI-native: comfortable using LLMs and modern AI tools to research, write, and move faster.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.

• Organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly.

• Genuine interest in fintech, wealth products, or investing is a plus.

• Prior internship or project experience in product, growth, or operations at a startup is helpful but not required.
