Role Overview
RZR is looking for a Growth Manager to join our China team and own a portfolio of accounts across our mobile advertising platform. In this role, you will drive revenue retention and growth by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across your book of business — from campaign performance and product adoption to long-term client strategy and relationship development.
Reporting to the Hiring Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, and Product teams, and serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Retention & Growth
Drive sustainable revenue by growing accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering opportunities that result in long-term growth across your assigned portfolio
Accurately forecast revenue and maintain pipeline discipline using Hubspot and internal tools
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team
Client Ownership & Strategy
Own end-to-end account strategy, including relationship mapping, upsell/cross-sell plans, and short- and long-term growth initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering data-driven recommendations and fostering product adoption through regular in-person and remote engagement across all stakeholder levels
Lead QBRs and strategic reviews that tie platform performance to client business outcomes
Develop strategic relationships that generate marketable wins and feed product and market feedback back to internal teams
Campaign Management & Performance Insights
Ensure campaigns operate seamlessly and optimise effectively through close collaboration with Analyst and Product teams
Deliver performance insights that connect campaign results to real business outcomes for the client
Monitor account health proactively and address issues before they escalate
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence
Work closely with internal teams — Sales, Analytics, AdOps, Product — to resolve issues, execute seamlessly, and deliver a consistent, high-value client experience
Maintain rigorous forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting to support reliable account management and leadership visibility
Required Skills and Experience
3–5+ years in digital advertising, with a focus on mobile Ad-Tech in account management or client success roles
Proven ability to drive growth-focused initiatives and adapt in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Outstanding client communication skills with a track record of building trusted, long-term relationships
Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data dashboards (Holistics, Looker, Tableau, or similar) to inform decisions and client recommendations
Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with an ability to approach challenges creatively
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and programmatic advertising technology is a plus
Demonstrated ownership mindset and passion for continuous growth and impact
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
