We are seeking a Growth Systems Engineer - Internal Tools & Automation to build internal tools, workflows, and modular feature systems that accelerate product and marketing execution. This role focuses on improving speed, reducing manual effort, and enabling cross-functional teams to launch initiatives efficiently.
What You’ll Own
Workflow Automation
- Build internal tools that streamline marketing and product operations
- Reduce repetitive manual processes
- Improve cross-team coordination systems
Modular Feature Development
- Create reusable feature frameworks
- Support rapid landing page and promotional builds
- Develop scalable content and campaign infrastructure
Platform Integrations
- Connect APIs and internal systems
- Support operational tooling improvements
- Maintain documentation and reliability
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Reduced manual marketing workflows
- Improved feature deployment speed
- Clear documentation of systems and tools
Required Experience
- Experience building automation systems or internal tools
- Strong API integration background
- Practical engineering mindset focused on efficiency
- Clear documentation discipline
