About the Role
JumpCloud is building an AI-first GTM engine designed to scale pipeline generation through automation, intelligent workflows, and operational leverage. This role will focus on the next evolution of outbound execution by combining AI, automation, data orchestration, and modern GTM tooling to build scalable outbound systems that improve efficiency, personalization, and pipeline generation.
This is a hands-on builder role focused on deploying production-ready workflows, not just experimenting with AI tools. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Operations leadership to create agentic outbound programs that connect data, AI, sequencing, enrichment, and engagement systems into a unified outbound motion.
You will help operationalize how modern outbound gets built at scale.
