THE ROLE
We’re hiring a GTM Lead (Bay Area) to establish and scale Unit’s presence in the region at a critical stage of growth.
This is a senior, hands-on market-building role combining strategic sales execution with ecosystem development. You will generate and advance strategic opportunities, own complex consultative deals, and convert them into long-term commercial partnerships.
You’ll build relationships with founders, executives, and investors across the SaaS vertical and fintech ecosystem while representing Unit as a trusted partner in the Bay Area market.
This is a revenue-generating role focused on closing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
You will report directly to the CEO, operating with autonomy while helping shape Unit’s go-to-market presence in the region as we scale.
This role is based in San Francisco and requires a strong in-person presence across the Bay Area.
