Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. We are creating a new category at the intersection of AI, search, and brand visibility, helping brands measure and influence how they show up across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and beyond.

In our GTM Strategy and Operations role, you will build and manage the systems, reporting, and insights that drive Profound’s go-to-market engine. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure our GTM teams have the clarity, structure, and incentives they need to drive growth efficiently and predictably.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own GTM business metrics reporting to drive better decision-making, including sales productivity, rep attainment, and market analysis
  • Model sales incentives and compensation plans and ensure reps are paid accurately and on time
  • Lead flow prioritization and optimization
  • Perform segmentation and territory analysis to drive focus on strategic accounts
  • Partner with leadership to forecast pipeline, revenue, and productivity with precision and accountability
  • Design and maintain dashboards and analytics frameworks that enable data-driven decisions across Sales and Marketing
  • Identify and implement process and tooling improvements across the GTM technology stack, including CRM, reporting, lead routing, and attribution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing Operations to align on targets, coverage models, and reporting definitions
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that improve sales efficiency and go-to-market strategy

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in GTM, revenue, or sales operations with strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Proven experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of sales compensation, pipeline analytics, and territory design
  • Highly analytical with a strong interest in digging into data to find patterns, trends, and opportunities
  • Comfortable translating data into insights that influence decision-making across leadership
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Experience supporting fast-growing, early-stage SaaS or AI companies, with exposure to SQL or advanced data visualization tools

LOCATION

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $120,000 to $200,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
