Our client is a global asset manager seeking an individual to lead product strategy, development, and management across the Americas. The remit spans public and private markets, including US-domiciled fund structures and vehicles, overseeing a small team and partnering closely with US insurance channels.
Responsibilities
• Define and execute the Americas product strategy across public and private markets
• Lead new product development and enhancements from concept to launch, including pricing, positioning, governance and approvals
• Manage the regional product shelf and lifecycle: rationalise, re-price, and optimise existing offerings
• Structure and launch vehicles for US clients: CITs, 40 Act funds, and other US fund structures/vehicles/wrappers
• Drive product solutions for US insurance channels and secure platform approvals
• Provide hands-on leadership to a small team (1 direct report) and act as a player–coach
Requirements
• Previous Americas/US product experience within asset management
• Experience across general public and private markets; strong global private markets exposure (real estate, private credit, infrastructure)
• Deep understanding of the US insurance landscape and distribution channels
