As an GTM Analytics Manager on the PLG Strategy & Operations team, your charter is to help drive focuses on unlocking durable, efficient growth across our self‑serve motions for Direct customers. To do this, you will leverage existing data frameworks to identify opportunities. This role will have a supreme command on in‑quarter performance and be heavily involved in our annual planning process. They will also help drive target creation and ROI measurement for self‑serve initiatives.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, PLG Strategy & Operations.
Own the data, forecasting, target setting, and insight backbone for the Direct self‑serve experiences (from Auto Renewal to self‑serve expansion).
Leverage SQL, Salesforce data, experimentation results, and product analytics to identify and size growth opportunities.
Use and help evolve AI tooling (including analytics copilots and LLM‑based assistants) to scale insight generation and operational workflows.
Connect teamwork and deliverables to broader business outcomes, identifying opportunities to increase value or reduce risk, especially by leveraging new efficiencies enabled by technology like AI where possible.
Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required (minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but there is a weekly in‑office expectation). BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance) or equivalent work experience.
Experience with SQL and querying large, complex datasets and building reusable data models.
Experience with Salesforce data and the sales funnel, including how leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities are structured and reported.
Experience building forecasts and scenario models for conversion, and revenue (ideally for self‑serve or PLG motions).
Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for modeling and ad‑hoc analysis.
ability to translate complex analysis into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
High degree of comfort using SQL techniques.
Familiarity with Tableau or other related BI tools.
Bonus: Non‑sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
