Reports to: CEO

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Architect solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Recruit and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers.
  • Own end-to-end adoption metrics, with daily active usage as the primary success indicator.
  • Partner with the CEO to drive AI adoption and organizational change.

Language Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Conversational Mandarin proficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in designing and building AI agents or AI-powered products.
  • Strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
  • Background in CPaaS, CCaaS, or enterprise SaaS, with understanding of contact center and conversational AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving technology adoption and organizational change, with measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience delivering production-grade solutions on Microsoft Copilot or related platforms.
  • Prior experience in CPaaS/CCaaS companies or Microsoft implementation partners.
  • Strong bias toward rapid prototyping and iterative delivery.
