Head of Investment, Reputable Asset Management Company in Hong Kong

Our client is a well-established asset management company in Hong Kong. With over HKD 100 billion in AUM and product provision across Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Assets and Alternative space, the firm offers a robust platform with a strong track record in the Asian market. To support its next phase of growth, they are now seeking a strategic leadership role, a Head of Investment to lead the investment department and drive product innovation moving forward.

This is a high impact opportunity for an experienced investment professional to lead the investment function and other side of the business for a dynamic organization. As the Head of Investment, you will be entrusted with full responsibility for the firm's investment strategy, portfolio performance, and product innovation across public and private markets. You will act as the principal investment leader, reporting directly to the top management and advising the Board, playing a pivotal role in translating the firm's ambitious growth plans into tangible investment excellence and commercial success.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of investment experience within asset management or fund management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role (Head of Investment, Head of Equity, Head of Multi-Asset, or Senior Portfolio Manager).
• Proven track record of leadership as a CIO, Head of Investment, or senior Portfolio Manager with full P&L and team management responsibility.
• Proven track record in managing significant AUM across equities and multi-asset portfolios.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading large, diverse investment teams.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
