Head of Investment Strategy

A company is looking for a Head of Investment Strategy. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a Strategic Asset Allocation framework to optimize risk-adjusted returns Lead product and asset hedging programs, including target setting and performance reporting Manage a multi-disciplinary team, providing coaching and mentoring to investment staff Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field preferred Minimum 15 years in insurance investment management, preferably in Strategic Asset Allocation or Asset-Liability Management roles Experience leading and developing high-performing professional teams Superior understanding of life insurance products and associated risks CFA designation and/or FSA preferred
