Head of Legal & Compliance, Hedge Fund | Hong Kong, HK

A recently launched hedge fund is seeking their first Head of Legal & Compliance. This will be a hands-on role overseeing all aspects of legal and compliance from dealing with regulators to providing compliance training. This person will also be a responsible officer of the fund.

The successful person will possess at least 12 years of PQE and have experience in working in a hedge fund environment. Pan Asian experience and knowledge of quantitative strategies and / or AI is highly advantageous. You must be able to work in a nimble, entrepreneurial environment.
