ROLE OVERVIEW

Harvey is building the definitive AI platform for professional services, and our rapid growth across enterprise customers demands experienced product leaders who can drive impact across multiple product areas. The Director of Product will be a senior generalist leader within the Product organization, responsible for owning and evolving key product surface areas that serve Harvey's expanding customer base. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success, and will have a direct and measurable impact on Harvey's ability to deliver transformative AI-powered experiences to the world's leading professional services firms. The Toronto office represents a critical hub for Harvey's product development, and this leader will help shape the local team culture while contributing to company-wide product strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for one or more of Harvey's core product areas, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term platform vision.

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences that delight users and meet the demanding requirements of enterprise customers.
  • Engage directly with customers, Customer Success, and Sales to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities — translating those insights into high-impact product investments.
  • Drive alignment across senior stakeholders on trade-offs, sequencing, and resource allocation, communicating clearly at both the executive and working-team levels.
  • Establish and track key metrics for product adoption, engagement, and business impact, using data to inform prioritization and measure success.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a people-management capacity leading product teams at a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise customers.
  • A track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration, in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and operate tactically — comfortable setting long-term vision while rolling up your sleeves to solve immediate customer problems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and the ability to articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A technical background or strong technical fluency, enabling productive collaboration with engineering teams on complex system design and trade-offs.
  • Experience operating in high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly and the ability to navigate ambiguity is essential.
