About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Product for a DeFi trading platform focused on short-duration binary options for crypto assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, including vision, roadmap, execution, growth, and team management. This is a senior role with a high level of autonomy, and the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to lead the venture as an independent DeFi company as the product scales. A deep understanding of binary options, prediction markets, or short-duration derivatives, as well as a strong grasp of market microstructure, is essential. The role requires the ability to operate across product, growth, and business, effectively functioning in a GM capacity with a product title. Experience with Solana or EVM-based DeFi protocols is also a key requirement.The Head of Product will be at the forefront of a DeFi venture, with a focus on creating a platform where traders can take positions on the price of crypto assets at expiry. The role is pivotal in the development of the product, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to shape its future. The company is open to candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience in DeFi protocols, crypto trading desks, TradFi derivatives firms, or high-growth startups in product or growth roles. The position offers the chance to work with a product that is already in motion, with front-end, smart contracts, and market-making processes underway. The Head of Product will have access to trading infrastructure, legal, business development, and capital, and will be part of a dynamic team backed by a leading global trading firm.
