Head of Risk and Security

A company is looking for a Head of Risk & Security to lead and mature their cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance functions.

Key Responsibilities

Mature and execute the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework and lead third-party risk management

Oversee day-to-day execution of the cybersecurity program and enhance monitoring and threat intelligence capabilities

Lead and mentor security engineers and risk analysts while fostering a strong security culture across the organization

Required Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise risk, cybersecurity, or information security

5+ years leading risk / security teams in fintech, SaaS, or regulated environments

Experience building or scaling security programs in startup or high-growth organizations

Deep cloud security expertise, particularly in AWS

Demonstrated ownership of SOC 2 and regulatory audits
