Position Overview

BrainRobotics is seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Head of Robotics Business / GM/VP – North America to build and scale our robotics business, with a focus on dexterous hands for humanoid robotics, research institutions, and advanced labs.

This role is ideal for individuals who combine strong business leadership with deep interest in robotics and thrive in building new markets from the ground up.

The Head of Robotics Business will work closely with leadership, engineering, and external partners to define go-to-market strategy, establish ecosystem partnerships, and drive early commercialization efforts across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the establishment of a new robotics business line in North America
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy for dexterous hand products
  • Identify and prioritize target segments including humanoid robotics companies, research labs, and universities
  • Build strategic partnerships across the robotics ecosystem (industry, academia, and R&D organizations)
  • Drive early adoption programs, pilot deployments, and co-development initiatives
  • Own pipeline development, deal structuring, and revenue growth
  • Establish pricing strategy, channel strategy, and sales motion
  • Build and lead a high-performing go-to-market team

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
  • Experience: 8+ years in robotics, automation, or related industries
  • Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of robotics systems, particularly manipulation or dexterous systems
  • Commercial Experience: Proven background in sales, business development, partnerships, or commercialization
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Communication & Documentation: Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with humanoid robotics or advanced research labs
  • Prior experience launching and scaling new business lines or products
  • Established network within the North American robotics ecosystem
