THE ROLE
As Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of the full commercial function: inbound and outbound sales, aftersales, CRM, and the customer journey from first contact through to retention of enterprise accounts. You'll manage and grow a team of sales consultants, work directly with the founders on strategy, and have genuine influence over the direction of the business.
This is a builder role. The foundations are in place — your job is to bring structure, discipline, and ambition to take it to the next level.
