Head of Strategy (Tech Startup)

We're recruiting a Head of Strategy in London for a rapidly scaling tech startup in our ecosystem.

HEAD OF STRATEGY - LONDON

Compensation: £150K-£180K base salary + equity

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As Head of Strategy, you'll own the strategic direction for a high-growth tech startup and translate ideas into executable plans. Day-to-day, you'll:

• Define and drive the company's long-term strategic roadmap

• Identify new market opportunities, business models, and growth levers

• Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning

• Partner with the executive team to make key strategic decisions

• Own strategic initiatives from concept through execution

• Build business cases for new products, partnerships, and market expansion

• Present strategic recommendations directly to the CEO and board

• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations to align on priorities

YOU'LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU HAVE:

• Consulting experience (MBB, Big Four, or boutique firms)

• 7+ years in strategy, corporate development, or high-impact strategic roles

• Experience in tech or high-growth startup environments is a major plus

• Strong business intuition with the ability to move from analysis to action quickly

• Excellent communication skills (you can sell your ideas to founders, executives, and investors)

• Comfort with ambiguity and the scrappiness to get things done in a startup setting

• A track record of driving strategic projects that created real business impact

• Data-savvy but not paralysed by needing perfect information
