About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of VIP to take on a fully remote role with a focus on defining and owning the VIP function across various gaming products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end VIP portfolio management, including performance, proposition design, and competitive positioning. This role demands a proactive and anticipatory approach to player engagement, with a strong emphasis on long-term value creation and risk mitigation. The Head of VIP will also be accountable for the global VIP portfolio, making high-impact commercial decisions, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in VIP leadership, portfolio management, or high-value customer roles within the iGaming industry. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in owning high-value portfolios, strong analytical and strategic capabilities, and experience in team building and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of competitive VIP landscapes and high-value player behavior, and be comfortable operating in a high-responsibility, always-on environment. Responsibilities also include defining the VIP vision and strategy, maintaining a competitive edge, and ensuring the VIP offering is culturally relevant and differentiated. The Head of VIP will work closely with cross-functional teams to scale the VIP portfolio and will be instrumental in the design and execution of VIP experiences tied to partnerships and events.
