Role Overview
We are looking for a Healthcare AI Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize AI solutions tailored to healthcare applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, healthcare knowledge, and a passion for leveraging AI to improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate with medical professionals, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI models for healthcare applications, including diagnostics, predictive analytics, and patient monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify AI-driven solutions for clinical and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards, privacy laws, and UAE regulations.
- Manage and analyze large healthcare datasets to train and validate AI models.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing healthcare systems and workflows.
- Monitor performance, accuracy, and ethical use of AI technologies.
- Stay updated on AI and healthcare industry trends to drive innovation.
- Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in AI development, with at least 3 years in healthcare applications.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and data science frameworks.
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, ICD, FHIR) and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in healthcare environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
