Responsibilities

Experience/Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial analysis within the healthcare sector.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5+ years of financial analysis, modeling, forecasting
- Strong Excel (advanced formulas; macros/VBA a plus)
- Experience with variance analysis, forecasting, workload or trend analysis
- GAAP knowledge
- Comfortable presenting insights to leadership
- Eagerness to engage in professional development and continuous improvement.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and financial insights.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets.
- Ability to prepare and present detailed financial reports to management.
