Join our dynamic healthcare finance team as a Healthcare Portfolio Management Specialist! In this vital role, you will oversee the management and optimization of our healthcare-related loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your expertise will drive strategic decision-making, support loan processing activities, and contribute to the financial health of our organization. Duties

  • Manage and monitor a diverse portfolio of healthcare-related loans, ensuring timely repayments and adherence to contractual agreements
  • Coordinate loan origination processes, including reviewing applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
  • Collaborate with loan officers to process new loans efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all loan documentation and contracts
  • Conduct detailed analysis of loan data using financial software and basic math skills to assess risk and identify opportunities for portfolio growth
  • Maintain accurate records through 10 key typing and data entry tasks, supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Review loan agreements, contracts, and related legal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and enforceability
  • Support the development of strategies for portfolio growth by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and financial performance metrics

Experience

  • Proven experience in loan origination or processing within the financial services sector, preferably with a focus on healthcare or related industries
  • Strong understanding of loan officer responsibilities, including application review, approval processes, and customer communication
  • Familiarity with TILA regulations and contract management practices to ensure compliance and transparency
  • Proficiency in financial software tools used for portfolio management and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for financial assessments
  • Skilled in 10 key typing with high accuracy for efficient data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and regulatory bodies
