Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior - Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist to join our Customer Solutions Team. This role will focus on:

Building intelligent dashboards

•

Automating reporting workflows

•

Leveraging data insights to enhance decision-making for both internal stakeholders and external customers

The ideal candidate combines:

This role designs and develops Business Intelligence and Analytics workflows and datasets to support:

•

High-impact customer-facing solutions

•

New product development

•

Business analytics

•

Process efficiencies and automation

This position does not directly supervise others but is responsible for driving results across cross-functional teams and coaching on best use of models and processes.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $110,000 / annually

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
